It is good to have a file that covers your medical history if you have ongoing medical problems, as these are vital documents. If you are contacting an international hospital, language will not be a problem, but if you are approaching a local hospital, it may be necessary to hire a translator. Doctors accept cash payments. They do not accept checks or credit cards. Be sure to collect bills for all medical bills and costs you incur.
